Getting in shape for fall

I love fall. I have been walking everyday with the crisp air, sunshine and beautiful colors on the trees. I have been amazed at how much energy is in the air.

Yesterday I made a shake with the chocolate slender fx and mixed in some cocogevity. It was wonderful! I added ice and it tasted just like a chocolate shake. I found a new breakfast and afternoon snack idea. Let me know if anyone is interested in trying my new favorite!

Family Introduction

I just realized that I haven't introduced our family very well. We have 4 children that all help out a lot in our Vitamin and Mineral Organization.


Q is our oldest. He is very driven, and works hard to reach his goals. He just started college this year and his major is Professional Pilot. I keep telling Trent (my husband) that it must be him that is old enough to have a son graduated from high school, 'cause I am defiantly not that old! Q's favorite product and one that he uses every day to keep his stress levels in control are Daily Multivitamins, EFA, and Gluco Gel.

Our second son is To, he is our peacemaker. He has lots of friends that are very important to him. He started the summer trying out for football, but decided that he would go back to his love, marching band. He has many great friends there and loves music. He just started at Herriman High School today. As a Junior he will be the 2nd class to graduate from HHS. To's favorite product is EFA, he is very skin sensitive and when he takes them with minerals on a regular basis he doesn't get skin allergies.

Tc is our third son. Tc lives and breathes sports. He doesn't just play, he lives it! He played on a traveling baseball team this summer, Herriman Havoc, and is playing football this fall for Herriman. He is a freshman this year and is excited to be a part of the HHS new traditions. Tc's favorite product is the Cocogevity mixed with milk, and for dinner Osteo Fx mixed with Cherri Mins and milk. He likes his milk flavored either with chocolate or a cherry, pinocolada mix. He also loves the CM Cream for minor aches and pains. All his team mates use it as well.

S is our baby girl. She started Middle School this year and is really excited about it. I kept asking her if she was nervous and she said no, just excited to see friends again. S keeps us all on our toes, and keeps us working together and having fun as a family. S doesn't like to swallow pills so she is very excited anytime she can take anything in a liquid. She loves the new beyond Tangy flavor.

I am very pleased with our children and their willingness to work together with us in our Nutritional Business. They are great at sharing what they know.

The kids are all in school and summer is coming to an end. I went to my first football game last weekend and loved it. I love baseball, but as the season ends it is great to start cheering from football stands.

Summer Fruit

Went picking berries with friends. It was a lot of fun and the berries were wonderful!!

Girls "Garden Party" Time!

A few ladies and I went to Cedar City to watch the play Pride and Prejudice. It was a wonderful play, great food and as you can see, we were able to eat great ice cream.

We had a great time bragging about our husbands, compairing great kids and solving all the worlds problems!

We drove down early in the morning, went to the play and then drove to St. George to stay in a beautiful condo. We had dinner at a great Greek restaurant and then stayed up late talking and watching a chick flick!

In the morning, Debi made her great blueberry stuffed french toast. Of course shopping is part of a girls favorite day so... Our drive home was full of visiting and solving as many problems as possible in our short time.

I didn't take my vitamins, I was surprised how much I missed them. I really noticed a difference in my energy level. I am thankful for them!

Everyone deserves to have some great friends, to be yourself, do the things you love, and be encouraged to become great!

Last days befor school starts

We have had a great summer this year! As a family we have worked together, played together and now sadly getting ready for school together. I love the kids home.

It is wonderful yet sad watching your kids growing up before your eyes.

I remember when the kids were all young and I was going crazy an older lady stopped me in the grocery store and told me to enjoy this time of my life as its the best time!! I remember thinking, if it doesn't get better then this, we are all in trouble or you have forgotten how hard this is.

When I got home and got the kids in bed and had a few minutes of quiet, I thought about what she had said, and I truly tried to enjoy every day and stage of life as a family. Some where harder then others, but it really has been great the whole way through!!

Friends in Oregon playing for a week!

I have had a few people recently asking me what I do. Well....I live life everyday!! I feel great, look almost great (need to take off last 15 lbs), and have the money to do the things that are important to me.

The best way for me to tell you what I do is to watch a short video. It will explain in a few minutes what would take me a bit longer in person or over the phone.

I am not about selling, monopolizing your time, or having you join me in what is important to me. What I am about is helping people help themselves, in what is important to you. My motto in life is "building with passion to greatness"!

Today is Sawyer's birthday. She is 12. Cant believe my baby is 12!!

We went to Kneaders for Cinnamon french toast and fruit. It was fun! She is currently at the movie Toy Story 3 with Quynn and Charli.

Isn't it great having kids. Sometimes it is hard watching them grow up, but it is much more fun watching them grow up and make good choices then the few struggles that come along with parenting.

After breakfast she wanted to decorate the front door and her room with balloons and streamers. She doesn't know it yet but her friends from church are coming to decorate her room this evening and welcome her into Young Woman's!

I am very proud of my girl and the great woman she is becoming. Happy Birthday!!!

The Power of 90

So, today is Tance's 14th birthday. He is really excited to have a special day with no chores, getting what he wants, and planning his party. We are having his party in a couple of weeks due to scout camps and a family wedding/vacation.

We went to IHop for breakfast this morning. I tried to get him to go to Kneaders cause they have the best french toast ever but... We both had stuffed french toast. To offset the sugar and carbs we had strawberries and blueberries on top. What a yummy treat!

He gets to go to his first fall ball baseball practice tonight! He is excited!! And due to the short break, so am I. Usually by the end of the season I am sick of games but I am ready to get started again!!

Isn't it great watching your kids grow up, making good choices, and enjoying life. I dont want to rush a minute of it, but am excited to see what possibilites they choose for their futures!

Baseball Mom's

Soccer mom has become a title for moms that drive all day in thier cars taking kids to practice, games, getting team treats, and hauling all the neighborhood along. So what about us moms that only have kids in baseball and football? Where is our recognition for our efforts?

Last night I took Tance to a Bee's game. He got to go on the field and meet the bee's center fielder. It was a fun night at the ball fields.
