Daily Vitamins

I have noticed for my own personal use that when I am feeling low, both emotionally and energy; if I add some Daily Multivitamins it really boosts me up.  It is amazing how quickly they start to work for me.  I am a very energetic and upbeat person, but I have also fought with depression on and off.  It is a hopeless feeling and I don't enjoy being there.  But, thank you to the nutrition I have truly turned things around.  If you or someone you know are having similar troubles please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to share my story and what has worked for me. 

Freeze Frame!

I am soooo excited about our business growth right now.  It seems like every month there is growth, and growth means more people taking products and feeling better, and higher checks.  I am amazed at the convenience and effectiveness of Beyond Tangy.  It has all the good stuff your body needs!  Its easy to mix in juice or water and tastes great. 

Now is a good time in life and I want to freeze frame in my mind the peace, happiness, growth, and encouragement that I feel.

Truly Blessed!

I was on the phone this morning visiting with a friend.  We were talking about how wonderful choices are in our life.  I feel a bit spoiled as I have been blessed to work hard, have a great husband and family, a strong belief in a loving Heavenly Father, and have choices in what I want to do with my life. I realize that some people don't feel like they have choices available.  They are strapped financially which takes choices away because of money, time and stress.  Others because of relationship stress, maybe they are in a relationship that they don't feel they can try new things. Health... There are so many people that don't feel like they have freedom in one area or another.  Please know that you have choices and freedom open to you!  If only in learning and growing personally! 

When our children were small we worked hard in our Network Marketing Business (Orange Nickel, Inc).  It took a lot of time away from our family but we were able to share, grow and learn.    Now as my children are older, and amazing enough, need more time and attention, I am able to give it to them.  I am working from home and have options and choices of time, money, energy and what I do with my days.

My oldest just got called to serve a two year mission in Argentina.  I am thrilled for him and the experience he will have. I am going to miss him but know he will be looked after and taken care of.  He is really excited and cant wait to get started.  He goes into a Missionary Training Center November 9 for nine weeks and then fly's to Argentina to share, grow and live for 2 years.

I Wanted To Change The World

When I was a young man, I wanted to change the world.  I found it was difficult to change the world, so I tried to change my nation.  When I found I couldn't change the nation, I began to focus on my town.  I couldn't change the town and as an older man, I tried to change my family. 

Now as an old man, I realize that only thing I can change is myself, and suddenly I realize that if long ago I had changed myself, I could have made an impact on my family.  My family and I could have made an impact on our town.  their impact could have changed the nation and I could indeed have changed the world. 

My husband, the great man he is, has been trying to pound this thought into mine and my children's heads.  I have always understood but lately in my life I am realizing that I am only as powerful and influential as my mind.  If I don't take the time to strengthen me and my personal confidence then I wont improve my life or the life of others around me.

Daily Vitamins

I was visiting my Aunt C, in Idaho last weekend.  We were talking about summer and how busy life can get.  It seems with the longer days we try to fit in as much fun and adventure that we possibly can.  She told me that she cant believe what a difference this summer has been.  She has been taking Youngevity Daily Vitamins and has been amazed at how much more energy she has, she sleeps better at night and can handle the stress of life so much better.  She also commented that she doesn't get sick when everyone else does when she takes them regularly.

4th of July

Last week was the 4th of July.  I love this Holiday!  Not just the time off work but because of the flags, parades, songs and family you get to remember all the wonderful blessings of the great country we live in. I literally cry when a flag goes by and everyone stands and quiets down.  I also cry during patriotic songs.  We may not agree with all the decisions of the Government, some of the laws that intrude on our personal decisions, taxes and many more things we can find to complain about; but we can all agree that the freedom we enjoy here in USA is a blessing.

I went to a wonderful class on the founding fathers last month and was reminded just how inspired they all were.   The constitution, the will to fight for what they believed in, and the willingness to put country first is sometimes forgotten.   I have been blessed to be born here in this beautiful country, not having to struggle to get here and then make my way to success. 

Enjoy the Freedoms we have here and make wise choices to keep the freedom we have!

I had the best week!!

Last Month my husband and I went to California together with a few friends and stayed at a beautiful beach house. We had a great mix of playing and relaxing. We rented wet suits and boogie boards, and I learned the awesome power of the ocean. I have never played in the ocean and had so much fun before. One afternoon I relaxed in a window seat, laying in the sun, listening to the ocean, watching friends playing cards and thinking "this is the life!!!"

I had to continue to place orders and work with customers during the week but I was able to handle all of it from my iphone in less then an hour every morning. How cool is it to work less then an hour a day, on the beach, and grow my business! Can life get better then that? Well...yes...when I got home my teenage children missed me, and had the house clean. (That was like the cherry on top.)

Goldilocks Ride

A few weeks ago I got to help out at the Goldilocks all women's bike ride, here in Utah. It was great! There were about 1200 women all riding between 20-100 miles. Some were new riders, some were experienced but everyone had a great time!

There was great food,snacks, a warm and sunny day, and just a fun atmosphere at every stop! I talked to one lady that was riding with her 12 year old daughter. They have never been on an organized ride before. They were following the wrong map and ended up riding closer to 40 miles then their original goal of 20. They were not disappointed in the mistake, they were ecstatic that they had ridden so far. They were so proud of themselves and all they had accomplished, they were so excited to go home and tell the rest of the family how well they had done. We cried tears of joy together when they came to the finish line.

Youngevity Health and Freedom

I read the greatest quote yesterday! " I have lived with money, and I have lived without, I would rather live with it!, I have also lived with Health, and I have lived without, I would rather live with it!"

Isn't that great! I thought about that all night, the more I think about it, the more I love it. Money and Health are not everything, but they sure are the starting points of enjoying life.

I also have lived without health and money, I have lived with health and money and I coose to have it! When you are so stressed about paying your light bill, or food in the pantry, or not being able to sign your son up in little league baseball, it actually hurts inside. You cant focus on anything else (you try but it is always there in the back of your head, heavy, pulling you down closer to the earth). I have also not had my health. Many of you know my story, so I wont go into it now, maybe a later blog, but being able to function all day is fantastic! Not being a slave to my bodies weakness is Freedom!

I have a brother-in-law once tell me he would rather have his health then money. I have always been puzzled why he would say that. Why cant you have both? I mean if an unkind God made you choose of course I would choose my health as well, but He doesn't do that! He allows us to choose and then put the effort behind it to make it happen.

I am thankful for my involvement in Youngevity, first to increase my health, and then to increase my wealth. I am so grateful for the friendships I have developed during my 9 years, and the increase in my personal growth.
