Getting in shape for fall
I love fall. I have been walking everyday with the crisp air, sunshine and beautiful colors on the trees. I have been amazed at how much energy is in the air.
Yesterday I made a shake with the chocolate slender fx and mixed in some cocogevity. It was wonderful! I added ice and it tasted just like a chocolate shake. I found a new breakfast and afternoon snack idea. Let me know if anyone is interested in trying my new favorite!
